Gluten Free Baking in Paradise

Judy’s gluten-free adventure really began in 1984 after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease when gluten-free food resembled bricks and tasted like cardboard. She began experimenting with different gluten-free flours and grains, and when her own daughters were diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2005, her desire to create delicious gluten-free treats was heightened. 

With life changes and serendipity at play, in 2014 Judy landed on Salt Spring Island, the birthplace of Laughing Daughter’s Gluten Free Foods Inc. Judy’s commitment and passion to bring quality, great tasting, and worry-free gluten-free foods to everyone is what you taste in every bite!
